Usra Hamza (born 1992, Sudanese) attained a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 2014 from Alneelaain university before pursuing art full-time. Her work is drawn from her own thoughts and how she feels about the things and life around her. Using acrylic and mixed media, namely ink, watercolors, markers, and poster colors she conveys these thoughts as portraiture, figurative, and abstract compositions.

Her current style is a product of consistency, experimentation, and continuous exploration of realistic portraiture styles. She’s based in Khartoum, Sudan.
